We came for the first time and we found the place nice and the food excellent. The Saint-Maurice is now a French and family-run brasserie next to the cathedrale. it is a charming typical French bar/restaurant with typical menus and a la carte dishes. very good look at the money: a four-course dinner costa 22euros and they can sit outside with magnificent views of the cathedrale. very friendly staff, good service and fresh simple kitchen. of course not the top-gourmet, but a real sound.
