Burger King - Villa Heights

If I could leave a zero and leave a comment I would I’ve waited over 20 minutes now and I’m still waiting. Don’t know if my food’s gonna be hot or cold, but they haven’t even started on my food. Can I say they need to To step up their game what is going on and I wasn’t the only one sitting here waiting on food but now I am still no one moving inside towards me with food can we do better?

Don't waste your time or money. Been here twice both times was bad. Sit in line over 20 mins then get the wrong order. I refuse to go

Worst burger King, went in and ordered food and had to stand and wait 35 minutes for a hamburger. Customer service was horrible employees were talking to each other not the customers, on their phone, one guy had his hands down his pants and was making the food. Very very nasty will not be back

Highly recommend driving that extra four minutes and going to the martinsville BK on Church rather than the one in Collinsville. The service was amazing. We are so used to the staff at the Collinsville location pushing the food out the window, no smile, no have a nice day, nothing. They are rather rude. We were super surprised that the martinsville location was the exact opposite. The two windows had two amazing men working them. They both smiled, asked how we were doing and told us to have a good night. Small things matter... I think people forget that. ? ? Will be driving a few extra minutes for the small things.

I visited the Martinsville VA Burger King on Thursday, 1/11 and the customer service was impeccable. The young gentleman working at the drive thru was very courteous and thorough. The food was also hot and delicious! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but my recent trip to BK will keep me going back. ?Vegetarian options: The Impossible Whopper
