Why would they send a burnt pizza to anyone!!!! Then the guy acted like he was mad because I called to tell them about this burnt pizza they sent to my house.

We decided to try Shaqaroni after all the commercials during the game, it was good, cooked well, toppings to the edge almost. I was shocked and hadn't had pj in yrs. Well...the owner must have been there that day. We've ordered 2 times since and both were a fiasco. Super thick crust with Toppings in the middle only, gummy, Enough onions to choke a hoarse. On the 1st order messup they remade the pizza at my expense to pick up. This time I didn't bother. Filling out the survey instead. I should have simply asked for a refund. The only thing I'd be satisfied with. Never again. Fyi the bacon was all chunks of fat, very little actual bacon.

I do like Papa johns and just wanna say I do think the company as a whole is good. I do, however, have to admit I didn 't have the greatest experience here. I ordered online and waited about 20 mins to come and pick up my order after placing it, as this was recommended. When I arrived the lady at first said she couldn 't find the order, I assured her I definitely placed it and we verified it was the right location, she then found the order, and said next time not too waste her time. I wasn 't sure what she meant by wasting her time, I told you I placed an online order when you asked if I wanted to place or pick up. She hands me the pizza, and I open to verify the order, of course. The pizza was a meats, not a work as I ordered, I informed her and said I was fine waiting for a remake. She said okay and began the remake, I went out and did a few things for around 10-15 mins and came back. When I asked if the order was ready she said I 'll have it in the oven shortly I have othor orders too make first, which sure I get theres othor orders but not too sound self centered I just feel like my remake should have been the first thing she did, It 's whatever though, I finally got my pizza about 20 Mins after this, bringing my overall time too around 1h, She handed me the pizza and I said thank you. I expressed my opinion on the remake first stating i understand theres othor orders, but I do feel as though a remake should take priority She said I understand your concern but at the end of the day it 's how we doing things here and im not gonna change things now, if you dont like it you can choose too go elsewhere Now im really not one roo make a fuss as I 'm in the service industry myself, but I just feel like this entire experience was unnecessarily bad, from the wait too the subtle rudeness. Again, maybe this was a one-off, and usually, Papa johns aren 't like this, but I just felt like this experience was necessary to dive into
