Dunkin' - Village of Saugerties

Best dunkin around by far!! They get my coffee and my order right everyday and I never have to wait.

Not happy with place ..counter person insisted on talking with another employee while taking my order ...and they never heard of a certain item that I get at all other DD

Only negative thing is the drive through gets backed up quickly because it's so busy at this location and cars end up in the road and stuck 1/2 way hanging out in a heavily trafficked intersection which leads to accidents or potential accidents.... It also blocks the entrance to CVS and Taco Bell because the line for Dunkin blocks off the driveway entrance for those two stores. The only other entrance there is you can only access from one side of the road and it's also not the best because if you use that entrance you have to cut through CVS.Also, had issues with their cooked food tasting like their grill cleaner.Parking: They have one, maybe two handicap spots available that are always full because of the location usually being backed up.Wheelchair accessibility: They do have entrances that accommodate wheelchairs as well as their restrooms.

Thought I would treat myself to Dunkin on my day off. The people working were so engrossed in their conversation they gave me an toast box with avocado smeared on the outside, coffee with syrup running down the side, over cooked hash browns and no receipt. My pants are stained green, my hands are sticky and I am sad.

Go every morning the girls are so kind and beautiful! Great to see their smiles first thing in the morning!!! Very polite, very professional.
