The restaurant is quite small with nearly all tables booked something to keep in mind if you’re planning to come here. The portions aren’t big, yet the taste is something else. Everything we tried had a distinct and exclusive flavor. It’s not cheap but well worth it

Last night, my sister and I dined at Gaspars. With high expectations as it was recently named the best restaurant in Lithuania, we were disappointed to only enjoy two out of four dishes. The chicken in the curry was extremely dry, making it difficult to cut and eat. Despite the dish looking aesthetically pleasing, the overcooked chicken was a major letdown for a highly-rated establishment. The foie gras lacked texture for my taste, but this was more of a personal preference rather than a mistake by the chef. Although the service was slow, we didn't mind as long as the food was good. Perhaps it wasn't the chef's best day, but we hope they improve in the future. It would also be appreciated if they could open the AC next time.
We were eagerly anticipating our dinner at Gaspar's, but unfortunately, we ended up feeling disappointed. We opted for the tasting menu, and while most of the dishes were delicious, the wait time between courses was unacceptably long, often reaching 30 minutes. The portions were also quite small, leaving us hungry even after completing the tasting menu. The service left something to be desired as well; we found it difficult to order more drinks as no one checked on us for an extended period of time. The atmosphere was also lacking, with tables positioned so closely together that we could hear other diners as if they were sitting with us.
