Very poor service and we ate there more than once due to proximity of hotel. E.g coming into the restaurant at 8:20, getting served at about 8:50 despite the restaurant being quite empty. Then having finished the meal at 9.20 trying to get service for ages and eventually someone comes round at about 9:55 to ask what we would like, we wanted desert, sorry kitchen has closed, no desert or food available . what a joke.
It's a small plate kinda restaurant. Fancy, expensive-ish and delicious. Expect to order a couple of things to fill your stomach up.
The most beautiful dinner and the time in restaurant time. I like her menu and how they change it, I like her wee card, I like jazz atmosphere and exact service workers are very intelligent here and it makes good impression. only happy people can create such a place and make others happy. best wishes and good luck, I'm sure I'm coming here and coming here.
Terrible, all. In first: the decoration, style of airport hall cafeteria, unpersonalized and phantasmal. In second, the service, so arrogant as ineffective. In third, the food: Ryanair catering was the coach of the cooks, in the best case
Lithuanian cuisine finds contemporary flair at Time Restaurant, located in the Comfort Hotel LT in Vilnius. The menu is updated daily to reflect the changing seasons and incorporate the freshest available ingredients to deliver the finest cuisine. The flavors are inspired by the local farms, lakes, forests, and nature, and are a gourmet twist on simple dishes from an era long-ago. The restaurant design is spectacular, with an industrialized feel and laid-back atmosphere. The exposed ductwork in the ceiling and overhead dome lighting, along with a simple color scheme and red accents deliver upscale modern décor with designer influences. My friend suggested I meet her for dinner at Time, which I did with excitement, as I was eager to check out the restaurant. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent from the start. I started with venison tartare with chives, onion and gherkins, and it was one of the most delicious flavor profiles I’d had in a long time. The meat was rich with flavor, while the chives and onion gave a subtle spice that complimented the sweetly salty taste of the gherkins. My friend started with deer tongue and potato mayonnaise with marinated onions. It was gamey and tender, not the least bit tough. For our mains, I opted to try the stewed rabbit leg and it was a delicious choice. The meat was succulent, and fell right off the bone. It really had a fresh from the field taste, and I appreciated the amount of thought that went into the composition of the flavors. She chose 150 g of Venison entrecote, cooked medium, and raved about the whole steak. I was able to sneak a taste and could see why. It was outstanding. Crème brulee and home-made tangerine-red orange sorbet topped off the meal, and was the perfect finishing touch. I absolutely loved the fusion of flavours at Time and recommend it!
