I have been ordering food over the phone for some time now, and communication has never been a problem. Unfortunately, yesterday I encountered a problem at the restaurant due to a high volume of orders, and I was told there would be a 90-minute wait, which was not acceptable. After waiting for about 70 minutes, I called to inquire about my order and was told it was already ready and just waiting in a thermobox. However, even after waiting for an additional 45 minutes, my food was still not warm (a simple phone call to update customers would have been appreciated). Additionally, my order was missing a portion of fries, which I have never experienced before. Due to this unpleasant experience, I was given a smaller portion of fries than promised (only 105 grams instead of the 300 grams for 2 portions). This unprofessional behavior from the restaurant is unacceptable.
