Best sushi place in Chile for gluten free. Just mention it to the waiter

From start to finish the food was amazing I sat at the sushi bar and had the chef prepare different sample size plates what an experience it has been a while since I get surprised by the quality of any restaurant top of the line

When I stepped on this place for the first time I couldn't believe the festival of flavors I felt in my mouth. I recommend sitting on the bar as you can see the preparation of the sushi and ask for recommendations more easily. In any case, the garzones and briefs often know the letter very well and give good recommendations. The place is quite expensive but it's worth visiting. I recommend booking because it is usually full.

Lively atmosphere, excellent service and very flexible to accommodate vegans. It is recommended to book. If you don't have a reservation, they send you to wait for a bar on the second floor that has a more acclaimed letter completely different than the restaurant, very good too.

This is one of the best restaurants in Santiago in my humble opinion! The service is amazing, let the waiter guide you. The food is simply delicious.
