Horrible customer service. The man working there is very grumpy. I inquired why the price online is different from when I bought he was very rude about it and had no explanation. I won't be coming back for sure!

One man show. Waited 10 minutes never got to place my order. BAD

I usually rate Dunkin high. Not this one. Poor/rude customer service. Go to the one on Devon and Crawford. Worth the drive.

Ordered decaf and made sure to confirm with the person who made it that it was indeed decaf coffee in the cup he gave me. He said yes, but he was lying. I order decaf for health reasons and I don't think it's acceptable that this happened.

Bad and rude customer service! The lady cashier even doesn’t understand cold or hot. I read from the app for a free iced drink, but she make a hot one and charge me. Even though she scan the free drink barcode. Seams no trainings at all!
