Garibaldi - Waco

I give THIS PLACE a BIG 0! The salsa and lemonade was good but the papas looked burned, the chilaquiles had no eggs!!! I had a Cilaquile plate in Houston at the same price and had eggs, the Chilaquile plate served at Garibaldi's only has tortilla chips,salsa (your choice) and shredded cheese. No eggs on that is a 0 to me. And the people are rude. I will never go back and won'trecommend it to no one. You can get more at another Mexican restaurant for the same price! Best to go our fav place. The big chili cheese burrito is the best.

It wasn't there in two years. But I came back for a quick visit and still great food and great service.

I've been coming here for years. Good cooking, great customer service, family property and good sweet tea.
