Very poor customer service. I spoke with this company to reserve a car for July, he gave me the price and told me to send my itinerary and copy of insurance and we would be all set. I did this immediately after speaking to him. After that, I couldn't get hold of him again by phone or email. A week and a half later he finally emails back and says they don't have availability anymore. No sorry or anything. Avoid this company!
