Cafe Sachsenheimer - Waiblingen

We were there on a Saturday just before noon. Pleasant ambience as always. We didn't eat anything. For a 0.33 cl beer you get no more glass. The service is somewhere between lustless, uninterested and unfriendly. We weren't welcome. When paying via the QR code on the table, you must be careful. We had another table. Comment: This often happens. The guests exchange them. That was much better.

Until now the food was always great and the service attentive and friendly! Today I have to wait for a day dish for almost 40 minutes. When it came: lukewarm and the meat tame. The service (blond) very hard and friendly to me even the Schorle. I found it nice. Still just a star? Why? They used to be a guest and they were not just made. The statement: “heut is a lot off” (Germany Game WM) I could understand if it were a la carte and not the day meal. That's better next time!

The café is very nicely furnished, a bit narrow for my taste, but with a corresponding number of guests of course understandable. The dishes and drinks are of good quality and are also well prepared by hand. The prices meanwhile, for a small town café, but a little high. The waitresses have always been very friendly, but they often wait very long for food, drinks or the bill. But summarizes a nice café where you can spend a good time 1-2 hours.

The 1 star is even too much!!!! Were there this evening and the staff under all sorts. Apparently all tables were reserved, but there were just 3 4 tables with guests. There were still tables reserved even though the time had been over 40 minutes, she wanted a young unfriendly service to give us no table. There was a table for 7 p.m. and 10 min from 7 p.m. they actually kicked us out. The tables with 17.00 and 18.00 reservations were still not there, but we had to get up although more than half of the tables were free. This is the most unfriendly staff I've ever seen

We just wanted to get a drink without reservation. All tables were reserved when we asked if we could just sit on a table until the reservation we were turned into barriers by an unfriendly operation. I've known this place for years. Earlier it was never a problem even without reservation to go to drink. Now all tables empty and everywhere a sign with Reserved. Probably the store is running so well that you can choose the customers yourself. I hope it will change the concept and operation in the future.
