Waikōloa Colony Villas

Located in the resort strip, a 5 minute drive out 20 minute walk to the Kings and Queens Shops. Three adults and three children stayed here. Two in each of the two bedrooms and two on the couch bed.Rooms: Large, three bedroom condo.Walkability: 20 minute pretty walk to shops. The walk is through resorts and golf courses.

Stayed at this resort Christmas thru New Year’s with friends. Pool crowded and noisy since locals allowed. Trash not picked up. No property manager available. Entry gate hanging by 1 hinge. Would stay again if maintenance improves. Hope to return next Christmas.

Very very nice, clean clean, new hardwood floors, granite countertops, air conditioner that would freeze you. It was hot outside. Beautiful landscaping very very quiet at night. Centrally located. Did Shaka audio app for the car and toured the island for 7 days. Great experience, great place to stay. Wife liked it

Poor parking situation. Only one spot per condo and finding an unreserved spot is a challenge.

It's condos, so every condo and owner is different. Our condo was very clean and well stocked. AC barely worked. The pool was crowded. The on site staff are exceptionally rude and burned out. 2 mile walk to the beach. Insuffient parking
