If your lobby is open, the AC not working should be a major priority to get fixed. They also had no ice and no white meat. Wow. What is this manager getting paid for?! Lastly, they offer bottled water because the AC is broken, but you think they are being nice to their customers for theinconvenience, but they are charging for the water. I mean you have no ice and the AC is not working and you can?t even give out complimentary water. Take a look at the pictures I added. These were hands down the smallest legs I have evergotten at KFC. How is the chicken tender bigger than the chicken leg, and the pack of sauce is essentially the same size considering most of the leg is the bone. Never going back to this KFC.
Only problem is their takeout containers are junk. They got soggy once we got them home. My famous bowl was all smashed the cheese was all stuck to the cover.
We usually enjoy KFC and treat ourselves to their indulgent fried chicken only a few times a year. However, both my husband and I felt that something was off during today's lunch. The chicken was noticeably saltier than usual, as if it had been soaked in brine for too long. Additionally, my piece of chicken was tough instead of the tender, fall-off-the-bone texture we usually expect. The coleslaw was another disappointment; it seemed like they had simply mixed the dressing with the cabbage without allowing it to sit for a while. As a result, the raw cabbage flavor was quite strong rather than the pleasantly sweet and tangy taste it's supposed to have. This is the first time we've left KFC feeling unhappy with our meal. Normally, my only complaint is the amount of oil I have to blot with napkins before I feel okay indulging in the rich taste. Unfortunately, today, everything seemed off. Even the Diet Coke didn't taste right; the soda machine likely needs recalibrating, as there wasn't enough syrup mixed with the carbonated water. Overall, it just wasn't a good day for KFC.
I'm still waiting for someone to return my calls. I spent $46.06 on this, and after working hard for my money, I feel I deserve better service.
I had a long wait in the drive-thru today. Usually, the food is good, but I don't know what happened to the chicken tenders. The crust that should have been crispy was soggy and falling apart. The biscuits tasted old—dry and hard. Even though we live only five minutes away, everything was cold by the time we got home. The fries were disappointing as well. We spent $66 and honestly, we should have just gone to McDonald's; at least their fries would have been better.
