Contribuisci feedbackI wasted my money coming here. If possible I would give them zero star because they're very unsanitary. These are the things I observed while waiting for my turn: With their bare hands, the cashier was holding the inside of the transparent container to where they put the soup in! And the lady who was wearing apple watch was holding the ice for the halo-halo with her bare hands due to the fact that she did not even wash her hands!! the sink was just beside her!!! She was holding a pink dirty pink towel with her while preparing my order! It's disgusting!! We should remember that we are still in pandemic so we must be extra careful.
Thank goodness the drinks was good, because the service was horrendous. They were pretty annoyed at me when we ordered something, and almost everything on the menu was sold out or they didn't couldn't make it. If it wasn't for the fact that they made me feel like I was burdening them with my order I would have probably go often since it was pretty good.
I have the worst experienced here. I ordered yesterday and supposed to pick up 12oclock today and it’s already 1pm and my order is not yet ready. And they want me to wait for my order but I don’t like already to wait because it kinda of late and I want my money back because I’m so upset but they don’t know how to refund my money back because they told me that they don’t know how to refund . I understand the other employees , and I’m trying to be patient but then the other employee is not apologetic of what happened and she is so arrogant. I admire those employees whose talking to me in nice manner but I don’t like the attitude of the other employees. She doesn’t know how to treat her customer right. Actually yesterday again she give the other customer a very bad customer service , bad thing I never get her name . Why it’s hard for them to refund my money back? You should teach your employees to do cashiering . And especially the lady how to treat their customer right . I want to talk to the manager. But they don’t have one on duty . How you can solve this kind of problem if one of the manager is not here or even supervisor to fix this problem ?I’m trying to call the number you out in your website but it’s not working ,. I want to talk to the manager . Because this experience ruin my day . Can you provide your right number so that I can talk to the manager
I like their Laing and desserts. Most of the time they have a good number of selections for me to try.
Funny friendly workers providing good quality service. They were out of vinegar but the guy made a joke since pacific is right there. Very generous on the portioning, got a side of a few things size small and still got leftovers. Would recommend! When you walk in their noise entrance thing is pretty loud FYI.
