The bartender seemed to know everyone in the facility, and was super fast and consistent with reviewing all around. Overall, we were definitely happy with the stop.
Fantastic! The Worthy Burger is delicious, although it came better than I ordered. I liked the secret sauce — seemed like a somewhat spicy aioli of any kind? The General Tso (which is also burger form) was probably the Sesam-y which I have ever eaten, and was also phenomenal. Friends were exactly what I expected; nothing surprising, but very respectable. The staff was friendly and the food didn't take too long to arrive. The music (usually Jerry Garcia) was a good volume, not too intrusive.
You will never find a better Burger and Pommes anywhere in Vermont! This is my second time to visit Waitsfield from the state, and both times I have not been disappointed. Get your fries with truffles and parmesan!
A wide selection of beers We had awarded the chicken burger with Parmesan truffle oilries and the worthy burgers with dry rubies both. The fries were beautiful and crispy and could not stop eating. Big portions.
Newest of the three Worthys, and in a lovely little shopping area basically next door to Lawson's. There's bar seating, a labyrinth of table seating indoors, and a decent-sized enclosed patio. Of course there are many burger options, and you can create your own, or go for non-beef options. The blue cheese and bacon jam burger was cooked a beautiful medium rare, the patty was seasoned properly, the fries are uncomfortably ample (and fried as perfectly as possible). And true to form, the beer list is stellar for a place that excels at food: mostly local beers, with a knowledgeable, friendly staff to guide you through any unknowns on the menu. I had a lovely local porter and one of the several hazy IPAs on tap, while my dining companion found a fruited sour beer to enjoy with her delicious burger. Beware the nonstop jam-band soundtrack, but it's central Vermont, so it's on-brand! I can't recommend the place strongly enough.
