Contribuisci feedbackI have repeatedly complained to McDonald's customer service about the consistently small coffee sizes. The food quality is terrible, but tonight was the final straw. When we got home with our order, we found only half a cup of the large latte. Were they in such a rush that they couldn't fill the cup properly? There were only 3 cars in the drive-thru, yet the food quality continues to decline. I will not be returning, except to get a refund. It's best to avoid this place altogether.
On Saturday, I gave a 1-star review on the Just Eat platform for an online delivery we received that belonged to someone else. We had to drive back to the restaurant to return it, but the matter was quickly resolved. We received apologies all around from a very nice young lady that my husband dealt with, and we were even given extra flatbreads free of charge, which was much appreciated. The food was lovely and hot, so overall the situation was well redeemed.
Wasn't allowed to brush my hair, however a member of staff was openly telling customers about the boxers covered in poo that she found in the toilets. Very off-putting.
Ordered breakfast took over an hour to come. Ordered a bacon roll with ketchup came without ketchup. It was disgusting and cold with no way to complain to Mcdonalds!
Every time I order for delivery they get the order wrong, I don’t know why I bother trying. Always a disappointment. Blames having new staff but it happens continuously.
