Station Pub - Wakefield

Steak pie amazing, baguette amazing…huge portions great food, good price. Pie was superb, great quality chips gorgeous and veg perfectly cooked. We will be back thanks!!

We have passed this pub many times always saying we will call in, well we did yesterday and were pleasantly surprised, it is a nice pub with plenty of outside seating and entertainment for the children. We both had the steak pie, chips peas, carrots, cabbage, and broccoli and it was very nice and lots of it, my partner couldn't eat all of her veg but we still made room for the jam sponge and custard. It was a very nice hot meal and I couldn't find a fault with anything.

Steak pie chips and veg ,brilliant big plate with good quality . Service really good Don't waste your money anywhere else Old school food like ya mum used to make .

Lovely welcome and nice atmosphere. Great food. Good menu, food cooked well and great portion size. Piping hot.

Absolutely fabulous tasty food... Plate was full. All fresh vegetables Only thing I could fault latte on the strong side for me Lovely staff Will definitely be going again
