Angelo's Seafood - Wakulla County

Me and my family only go here a few times a year. It is pricy! And a bit out of the way if you are coming from Tallahassee. But... The food and service are phenomenal. You pay for what you get which is a lot. I never leave hungry here or needing seconds. They give you a lot. And the food is fresh! They fish out themselves what they serve. So straight from the waters to your plate. Favorite dish is the snapper parmesean! A cool twist on a great dish!

Finally got to Angelo's. Excellent service and food. The char-broiled crab claws were the way to go. Especially with the special red cocktail sauce. The char, garlic, onions, and parsley blend beautifully with the char crab claws. I followed this with the Amberjack special. Also, char-broiled on top of yellow rice with a colorful array of black beans, onions, a gumbo(? sauce and more. The wife had the crab stuffed flounder. Also very good.

The food was ok, especially for the price! You definitely don't pay for what you get! But the service and atmosphere is always good!

This is a great restaurant all the way around. You over look the bay. There is stairs or a elevator to get to setting.

Excellent food!! Our server was attentive which we truly appreciate because we barely get that anywhere nowadays, sadly. Atmosphere wasn't bad but it could use some TLC, considering the prices on the menu. Again, the food was exceptional!!! So the atmosphere didn't really matter anymore LOL We *will* absolutely go again!
