My family has been trying to find these donuts here in the Kalamazoo Michigan area for quite some time now, and never have. We used to get them at Meijer. Recently my wife and I traveled to Grand Rapids about a 60 mile run, as we had some business there, so we thought we could find them there, as that's where they're made. No such luck. Upon returning home, I decided to send them. A message to find out how I could get some. It took them a few days to respond, and they told me not very many places in our area sold them, but they could ship me some free of charge. So the next day I received 2 doz. at no cost. Very good public relations, for sure. I was elated and sent a thank you message. The next day, I got 6 doz. more. Can't ask for better customer service then that. Since this all happened, we've found a place in the area that does sell them so, it's all good. Love me some Ludwick donuts
