Ruth's Chris Steak House - Walnut Creek

We love having dinner in the bar. It is relaxed and cozy. We have been lucky for the last few times to have Myla as our server. My husband and I are business owners and we both commented on how lucky RC is to have her a person that makes eye contact with you when you speak, asks questions and answers questions asked, interacts with you and has a charming personality, and lots of experience as evidenced that she was handling the bar patrons as well as handling tables in the dining room side, and all with a fabulous can do attitude. She is confident and efficient and clearly experienced in the hospitality industry.. From our observation, Myla is definitely someone that will excel in whatever job she is doing because she has that sought after work ethic. Congrats to the RC team for having a star like Myla on your team. Thanks, Myla, for your amazing service and a delicious dinner! We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Went there for happy hour with my mom and sister for my sister’s birthday! Jessica, our waitress was amazing and even surprised us with a birthday desert!!!! Also, I highly recommend the steak sandwich! Super tasty!!

We celebrated Father's Day Dinner for my husband, we enjoyed a fabulous time. Taryn was our server and she made our entire experience superb. Friendly, attentive, offered suggestions, we will request her for all our dining at Ruth's Chris WC.

I’d like to take the time to acknowledge a member of your staff, Jessica who worked the bar on Wednesday, June 19, around happy hour. We collectively as a family decided to speak to the manager, Ernie at the end of our dinner to mention how wonderful Jessica was. Jessica has the skill level service to train future staff members and as a leader in the hospitality industry I’d like to mention good work and Jessica was truly exceptional. Jessica was attentive, kind, and provided great service to us by going the extra mile and anticipating our dinner* needs . Furthermore, it was nice to see her provide the same consistent service to those around us as well. We chose Ruth’s Chris because we were celebrating my birthday on June 19th and a early birthday for my sister June 20th.
