The sign on the 10 yuan lunch special at the door is misleading: there is actually only one special price, taxes and fees are not included, cash only is accepted, extra money is required for swiping credit cards, etc. They don’t mention that they wait until you go in to order, and they tell you like they will squeeze out toothpaste. . Why bother? Because I felt that I had been fooled, the service and the atmosphere were so bad, I asked for a refund. I was told at first that I couldn’t get a refund, and I didn’t know how to operate the machine. Then they told me that they could refund me cash, but since I swiped my card, “tax” had to be deducted. Where did the tax come from as I didn’t actually spend money? ? But I was too lazy to argue with them and let them deduct the tax and leave with the money. I haven 't tried the food so I can 't give it five stars. The service and atmosphere can only give one star. Hope lessons are learned and written clearly like other restaurants next time.

I walked in, 1:00pm place looks barely lit.The staff was talking in the back, not knowing a customer comes in due to no door bell besides a ringer on desk.Food selection menu was not confusing. I always try the popcorn chicken dish of Asian restaurants.Popcorn chicken rice is enough for 13.99. I paid with my visa no charge.I told her non spicy on the chicken. I forgot to confirm if the white cabbage is spicy.Meh it was not spicy enough to inedible, so I let it slide.The things I’d like to see improvement: some kind of door bell on the door that notifies the customer. pull out seats for customer before hand. It was awkward a bit if a woman has to pull out the chair from a stacked bunch. drink option can improve a bit. The drink in the fridge does not entice me enough to order them with my popcorn chicken. plain tea or water dispenserNot sure the set up is due to Covid or not.But overall, the food is good. The portion is enough for single guy as an in between lunch.I’d come back if I am around

They are not open. I went there at 5:30 pm on Friday 9/2, they are closed, but yelp said they are open until 7:00pm. I call the business, nobody answer the phone. If you guys want a try, pls call in advance.
