Ikea - Walsall

Good place for household items, but cheap service staff is not at all helping, went to check with cups and glasses and the dame on the check-out was just scanning and throwing it around as they dosnt care when they break but custmer docoz we pay for it. not happy

Fantastic store great purchases. Only knocked 1 star off as asked Ikea staff on arrival at bottom, if there was trollies at the top, to be told yes there is then find had to carry two full yellow bags all the way to the restaurant where spotted trollies was exhausting.

My sister is a wheel chair user some items such as pillows are high up and fastened in so I couldn't even bring them down to her level to try. We managed no problem around the store with a bag on the back of her chair and large light items on her knee but after paying everything had to go in the large box making it quite heavy. We asked for help to take this to the car and staff seemed a bit unsure if they could or not as I'd not used a trolley (couldn't push both). Her response was If you put them on a flat bed then I think we can (I wander what they would have done if I couldn't have done that The man who came to her radio request said he would see who he could find(or words to that effect). The man who helped us was lovely and friendly pushed the trolley for us and LIFTED the box of the flat bed and into the car with no fuss. Possatives- appart from this we had a happy fun day. We could park close to the store, we could access the whole store easily. Staff were friendly and polite and we were happy with our purchases and food was good. I am aware it's impossible to please everyone.
