Pig Barn Bbq - Walsh

Delicious tasting barbecue! We decided to try this food truck after seeing they were awarded Best of the Best 2022. We tried this on Veterans Day when they had a buy one get one pulled pork sandwich special. We also ordered the sampler. Portions are plentiful, prices are reasonable and service is great. My kids enjoy the sausage, chicken and brisket. We've also tried their loaded twice baked potato casserole...so good! Phone in your order for easy pickup!

Good food good service got the sampler platter and 1/2 rack of ribs . Got all three sides and some buns of course bbq sauce. Pulled pork was my favorite. Sausage was done great broke a piece of for my daughter and it squirted juice out all over the place. Very tender and juicy ribs were perfect. Thank you for the good dinner.

You name em, I've tried em.I just finished a chopped bbq sandwich, from right here in town, I'm thrilled to share the details:At times, chopped bbq can be one way to profit from meat which is too tough, greasy, or contains too much fat to be used as sliced strips. NOT THE CASE HERE! And the amount of meat blew me away, for the price. I couldn't eat this sandwich in one meal! a true rarity Loved the mild sauce, the potato salad was good too'.In my opinion, this bbq rivals the best in town, their prices beat them!

Fantastic BBQ! Everything is great! If you want ribs you better show up early because they go fast.
