Captain D's - Walterhill

I absolutely love CAPTAIN D's. But this location needs to completely revamp they're staff or just close down. I spend a lot of money there weekly and I may get decent food and I may not. They are sure to short me every single time. Especially if I choose to substitute my sides for hushpuppies. You may get to order and you may not. Although online hours say they are open till 10. Extremely slow service. Fish was good, but if there were another place to get fish I would.

Had to send back both me my sisters lunch, it sucked the food was cold it was very costly for having to get cold food and send it vacuum to have remade fresh, other people n side sending back there cold food as well, I will N I T return back!!!!!

Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Food was soggy and barely warm. Then didn't give me any sauces after asking. This is unacceptable.
