Nothing about this visit was good. I was here about an hr before close. I got the deluxe seafood platter. When I got home opened the container, all my food was completely inedible! The fish was overcooked, cold the meat itself was brown. The shrimp, I couldn't even bite into. Lastly, the crab cakes couldnt be eaten bc a fork would even hold up to get the food out of it. IT BROKE THE FORK Even the sides were garbage. I just wasted $17 definitely not happy about it! My entire dinner went … – show
Fish was the only thing not cooked hours or days ago. The fish was freshly cooked so it was good, hot and crispy. I have had cooked food hours later and as far as the hush puppies and fried okra goes it was even staler than that so that's why I put days
The past 3 nights my family has ordered Captain Ds for dinner and have gone there to pick it up only to return home and discover items missing and entire meals wrong. And these aren't cheap orders for a family of 4. So, after trying once again tonight to order and leave with our paid for meals, and discovering 2 items missing once we got home, I called the store directly.
