Everything was wonderful, I enjoyed everything! (Breakfast at noon)

Service sucks. Waitress is rude the food took forever to come and when it did it was cold wouldn’t recommend if it was the only place to eat in town

My family and I always go to IHOP at least once every one-two weeks. The service there is usually always fantastic, especially when we have the manager as our server. She is the best! However, there have been a few times we have went and we get the male server named Nate. And as much as I hate to say it, the service is never good with him. Terrible service…me and my daughter came in to enjoy a meal, we were seated immediately but no one ever came to get our drink order or our food order…after 30min of us just sitting there(mind you another table has came in after us and has already gotten their drinks and their food ordered even though me an my daughter were there first) I ask one of the waiters can we please get some assistance, she than tells the lady who is over my section that we need assistance…the lady over our section says … – show

We have not visited this IHOP in a very long time (at least a year) due to the food, service, and cleanliness had gone down hill. However we decided to try again and I am SO glad we did! Everything was on point when we went. It was amazing compared to the last time. Our waiter didn't even write anything down and got everything correct. I don't know what they did to change, but I'm glad they did it!
