We made a reservation for 4 adults for Thanksgiving a month in advance. We were seated right away, but waited 20 minutes to even get water. We waited ANOTHER 20 minutes to get rolls! Finally, a waiter came over after another 15 minutes and we were more than ready to order! We each ordered an Entree and 3 of us ordered a glass of house wine. Had Thanksgiving dinner reservations for 12:30. Showed up a half hour early and they graciously sat us right away. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The restaurant itself is beautiful everywhere you look. There was plenty of staff and everyone seemed to chip in no matter what was needed. Service was attentive and everyone was nice, particularly our server. Everything we ordered was delicious, and we will definitely be back down from Hermitage to eat here again.

Not impressed with the food or service. Especially for the price. We had the first reservation for thanksgiving lunch at 10:30. They wouldn’t combine two tables, so our party had to sit separately. Our server wouldn’t take our orders at the same time either. The table with the larger party was finished with their meal about 30 minutes before ours even got dessert.
