Contribuisci feedbackWalked in through the door and four brolic men shoved me into a brown cloth bag and loaded me into the hibachi table and started to chop me up and serve me to the customers. Much to my dismay, the customers seemed not to notice and just accepted that I was what they were eating for dinner that day. Luckily, the manager stepped in and commanded them to lift me off the table and apologize. He then gave me a pass for a free meal. 5*, if I could give it more stars I would.
One of the worst dining experiences of my life. My son has Autism and loves eating at restaurants where he can watch them prepare the food. However, from the moment that we walked through the door, we were treated rudely. After the chef cooked the fried rice, he gave rice to all of the customers sitting at the table with us, then gave them seconds of the rice before scraping the edges of the grill (the burnt rice and scrap that is normally disposed of) and serving it to us. Our dinner was delicious and the service was very nice. No longer do you see the flamboyant display of throwing knives etc. But the food is still top-notch. We had shrimp, teriyaki and chicken teriyaki. Both were delicious as well as the accompanying side items. Thankfully the wait was not long.
We went there yesterday for my cousin anniversary and we have six kids with us, the host was so bad shouting to the kids and the waiter asked if we have a birthday and we confirmed we have a birthday and anniversary and they did nothing and they were talking to us in a bad way, never again and the food was expensive and was bad a lot of salt added, we were 4 families each family paid 100+ and was very bad experience.
Today, our daughter had asked if we would take her to a Japanese Steakhouse for her Birthday Lunch with our family. We chose to go to Shogun in Brentwood because of our past experiences there. From the beginning, we told the hostess it was her Birthday and that's why we were eating there. She ordered sweet tea to drink and the server brought everyone else's drinks but not hers.
