The staff at this restaurant are incredibly welcoming and friendly!

Liked my coffee drink because they had a variety of non-dairy milks to choose from. The young man that waited on me fix me a very good iced coffee drink, good service!

These people have no idea what they're doing or what policies are. Sad. Still struggling to like any Starbucks locations in Cookeville. Nashville is way better! But alas, there's always DD who get my orders right and have very friendly service…not to mention they don't overroast their beans!!

Wanted a greentea/lemonade and Cookeville had one, needed to refreshing drink. Thank you Cookeville
