The Back Room Bistro - Walterhill

The is a cute little bistro in downtown Cookeville! We both had the classic French toast and it was fantastic! I has the strawberry lemonade that was yummy and a cranberry bread loaf that was perfectly sweet! Definitely will be back!

Quiet, clean and pleasant. The strawberry jam is amazing. Other things a good but the strawberry jam is next level.

I highly recommend this place for lunch! I was traveling through and stopped at this place for lunch with my family—great food, friendly staff, affordable prices (and fantastic coffee). Definitely stop here if you get the chance!

You won’t regret stopping here!! This place has delicious farm fresh food. The sweet potatoes, the strawberries, all of the fruits and vegetables were as fresh as could possibly be, and everything was delicious. Im from out of town and we don’t get it this fresh back home. And not only was Jamie so kind to us, but she makes THE BEST cookies and mousse!

We highly recommend!!! The food and service were both excellent! Definitely stopping in again when traveling through. We did get help in locating the business as it was in an older building, down the hallway, only wish I had more time to see the downtown area.
