Tropical Smoothie Cafe- Jackson Tn

I have to change my review after biting into a very sharp, hard piece of… Something in my wrap. They quality of their food and service has gone down recently. This is really bad. It's about an inch long piece of knife-sharp plastic!

Staff is very immature,playful while, dealing with customers,when not accompanied by owners or adult managers.. but other than that the food gas helped me lose weight I think/know… I just hope the belittling, as to making me feel unwanted stops.

The manager went above and beyond to remake an order that was not delivered due to something completely out of his control. He showed so much integrity and professionalism.

I usually don’t leave such hard reviews, but this place isn’t what it cracked out to be. Waited 45 Minutes for our food, 5 People got served before us who came in AFTER us, about 1 staff member ACTUALLY WORKING. Needs more and better staff. Not impressed whatsoever.

They seem to be consistently good no matter the location. They could up their game on drive-thru customer service a little bit at this location.
