She remembers my usual order even if it's been a while since my last visit. The food at Upper Crust is always delicious and consistent. While it may be a bit on the expensive side, I understand that it's typical for a concession in the Waterloo concourse.
The main lady who works here is always super-friendly and helpful and always remembers me, even if it's been months since my last visit. Really nice. The sarnies are always reliably good-quality too!
Coffee was from a machine and tasted like metal. Baguette was like plastic. Worst £6 I've spent in a while. Expensive rubbish surely monopoly keeps them going...
Being a regular visitor to Upper Crust Kings Cross, I purchased a tuna salad baguette and a ham and cheese baguette for my husband and I to have on our train journey back home. To say we were disappointed with our baguettes would be an understatement. Both baguettes contained barely any filling but we were still charged £4.35 for each! Completely ripping customers off! Will never visit again!
It was very Nice and friendly service and food was also nice and fast also staff was very interactive and friendly
