The Toy Shop - Wandsworth

The staff were offhand, unhelpful and unprofessional. I had such a bad experience that I emailed the company managing director. I then understood why the staff were so bad. They had learnt if from the man at the top. His attitude was dismissive and generally appalling. Never shop there!

Popped in last night for some drinks with friends. We got an area at the back, so had plenty of space to drink and dance. The tunes the DJ was playing were amazing. Staff super charming. Nice range of drinks at good prices. We'll be back again soon, thank you.

Everything was set up for a lovely evening to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We hired the top floor and enjoyed great drinks, attentive staff and good music. However, the only disappointment was the attitude of the manager on the night. He was more interested in smoking outside than answering my requests, slightly pompous and I would not be returning based on this. It’s a shame because all previous staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Attended a private party upstairs at the Toy Shop, was an amazing venue, great service and the cocktails were delicious, will definitely be back.

Amazing drinks and superb vibe, music. Lovely ambience and great service. Happy hour really affordable and drinks really different, whether the cups or the seating. We will be back for sure
