Argyle - Wanganui

Dropped in for dinner when travelling home. Food and the service was amazing. Loved the conversations with the owner! My son had motion sickness come over him so he had to take his food to go even a day later the burger tasted AMAZING! Would definitely go back!

This place has a great vibe and the owner is just amazing in every way. I reconvene this place to anyone needing a great place to pull into if you are passing by, which it is right on the main route South/ North... lol

Was looking forward to the food based on the other reviews, unfortunately I was told that I wouldn 't be served because of covid we will only serve locals . Bit pointless since they 're not following any of the actual covid prevention rules anyway (hardly anyone was seated, or distanced from other groups). I 'd like to come back sometime when this has been dropped.

Lovely bar staff, very clean and warm. Cold beer, in refrigerators glasses.
