I have never written a bad review, but I have to tell them that they avoid this place like the plague. we went to our third visit about 6 months ago and everything was in order on the previous 2. They served us raw bun in the Satay sticks, 90% raw and we didn't know until we started eating. the dame in the kitchen pushed out shockingly and took them away. when the main thing came out, the vultures were cut off in the shell of my daughter and it was called. we have said that we would pay for our drinks, but we go and they argued with us when she had already begun to cook the other main thing we had ordered, and then tried to accuse us for those who would call the police otherwise. This venue is traditional Northern VietnameseIt used to be a really great spot however it seems to have let the ball drop.

Excellent, cheap, cheerful foodService is efficient if not friendly. Plenty of choices.

I enjoy the crispy egg noodle. Surprisingly interesting and tasty. Highly recommended. Of course the portion is super super big.

You go to an Italian for pasta and Caffinos will not disappoint ( although they do have a selection of other dishes). The décor is a little down market and don't expect high dinning. You may end up sitting next to the pizza ovens ( very busy take away) and the tables are simple but clean. Service is efficient and friendly and your dish arrives very promptly. The pasta dishes are very tasty and generous, what more can you ask for? The location and image of the place is not salubrious but its clean and more importantly the food and service are both very good.
