Not sure what happened to Rumbles this season, but the quality of food is gone down, prices up and service is terrible. The truth is said that there was really no service: our waiter brought us water and 30 minutes later came to ask how everything was, then he gave us a hand. Water is great, how about our food? Other people (bus boys, managers) brought our articles at different times that were burned, cold pommes, etc. Best to skip this place this season.
Had chicken burned under a brick and lack taste. Mash and delicate brocoli not the warmest. $12 for a dessert and only 4 options. Flourless cake came with cheaper cream. Play loud music. Children walk around like it's a playground. Many of the caught beers were out. If you stay in Sugarbush, you have no options and you pay ski resort prices.
The food was good, but with only two tables occupied, it took an excessively long time to prepare a piece of salmon. Additionally, my rare hamburger arrived well done, which was disappointing. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
A group of 10 of is came for lunch. Service was slow. Water pitcher had something weird floating in it I had the pear buratta flatbread. Its a toss up if it was really buratta. Arugula topping was so salty. Minimal pear. Chicken sandwich was very dry and overcooked. I would not recommend this. Burgers looked decent, tho I didn’t have one
