Sibby's - Warrenton

This is some of the best barbecue I've ever had, and it's run by a family. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is simply outstanding! It's amazing that this family has chosen to share their culinary talents with those of us who might struggle in the kitchen!

The food at Sibbys is absolutely outstanding! During our first visit, we were a group of eight and ordered six different dishes (with two repeats). This allowed us to sample a good portion of the menu, and everyone was thrilled with their choices! I had the ribs, and I didn't even get my hands messy! They were meaty and incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone! I also tried the salad and mac and cheese. The salad was generous in size and incredibly fresh, while the mac and cheese was delightful—not soggy or overcooked at all. The service was exceptional and very attentive. On our second visit, it felt like Sibby was expecting us! The place itself is small and quite basic, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu!

Extra crispy smoked hot wings, delicate case-off-the-bone ribs with hot sauce, tasty smoked greens... these are some of my favorite stuff from Sibby's. Sibby asks how my son does because she hasn't seen him in a few weeks and brings us unsweetened iced tea with a lemon because she knows exactly what we like. Yeah, we're regular guests. This is the lower home town that comes to you in your dreams. Food and people give you the feeling that you are home and there is no place like home. If you haven't been here yet, you refuse to experience the pleasure of living in the small town of USA. Just the best Warrenton has to offer.

I had an abyss to walk in the old town and captured a weak smell, as well as I had to follow it. I was with my fiancé who thought it was amusing that I stopped hearing everything she was talking about and went in another direction. I led them to Sibby's just to check the menu... The woman who greeted us could say that I believed to try the source of amazing aroma that had led me there, and gave us a small amount to try with some sauce and we were hacked. We finished ordering pork and beef breeze with some pages and EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! One can say when a place is guided by people who are passionate about their food because one can taste love, and love fell so tenderly from the bone. I can't recommend this place enough. But then I don't have to because Warrenton is everything. Thank you. We're coming back!

The woman and I wanted to try this place for a while after seeing all the reviews and they were not disappointed. The spicy sauce was amazing to go with my ribs, which made flesh fall from the bone, as well as the pulled pig and brisket! We'll be back soon!
