Contribuisci feedbackI had time to kill on a Saturday afternoon, thought I would stop. I was greeted by a friendly server at the door and sat at the bar. natasha at the bar was great. very friendly, offered their personal favorites. excellent service. band was solid, well played, filled the bar. You are here to enjoy music. it was loud, people have a problem with it. it was funny, pleasant, I went with a great impression. fabulous beer, the fried pickel were solid. will be back, on!
Worst place ever! My dinner came out about 15 minutes before my husband. He had fish and chips with a small, broken handful of fries. Chocolate Torte was an over cooked brownie with a wilted spray of mint and a sliced strawberry with leaves still attached. Beer ok. Waitress was attentive and sweet. Will def NEVER eat here again.
Stopped by here for a quick beer and a couple appetizers. Went to the bar and sat down. The bartender was less than friendly and kinda just plopped menus down and walked away. No friendly or warm greeting. There were maybe 3 (at most) other people at the very large bar, and not many people at tables. After a couple of minutes she asked what we wanted and we ordered 3 beers. Unfortunately, the beer I ordered (Saison Rouge) either had an error in the brewing process or the gas ratio wasn’t right. She said it would take a couple minutes, but I saw how it was pouring so I told her not to worry and got something else. We then ordered the fried pickle chips and they were okay. Nothing to write home about. We also ordered the buffalo chicken dip which came with chips. I had none but the people I was with said it was ‘awful’.The beers we had were quite good. We had been to the New Hope location previously and found it to be wayyyy more inviting and friendly.I know there’s been trouble with staffing and such due to COVID, so I don’t want to be too harsh on the place, as I am a big supporter of local craft breweries.I hope they get their act together and figure out how to be more inviting in a seemingly cold setting.Cheers.
Walked in and sat at the bar for 5 minutes without anyone coming over. We had to flag someone down. She got us water and a menu and never returned. Again had to flag someone down. Staff dancing and watching band instead of working. Alot of goofing around. Music extremely loud to the point you can barely talk. Great band and music, but this is not a concert! Never did have anyone come back to get us a second drink. Its a shame the beer was good, our food was good as well.
I took down my post from before because I felt bad. Bad reviews can kill a business. My review was about the beer tasting off. I thought it was bad tap lines. They replayed that they changed their taps every two weeks. Then they said, I must have the Corona Virus because I didn’t like anything. To answer that question was no I don’t have COVID-19. I know what fresh beer tastes like. I also said I did not like the food which was true. But back to the beer. They claim the tap lines are clean. So the only answer would be is……Soapy glasses.Because:A. I don’t have COVIDB. I ordered a Murphy’s Irish stout and that tasted offC. Soapy glassesMy question is. Do you serve your beer out of a can? If so I would gladly come back and try again. It is unfortunate that my review has been up for about three weeks now and no new reply from owners. I'm trying to find out why my beer tasted so OFF I even said I'd be willing to try again with a clean glass or a can to see if that is the issue. If soapy glasses are the issue, then that would be an easy fix and I would write a new review if there was a change.
