Jacks Restraunt - Warrior

Fast and very friendly. However I know a lot of people that work there or have worked there. They hire or promote incompetent managers, under appreciate, over work, and under pay the line employees resulting in a high turnover. I know 3 great employees they recently lost for that reason. Also, it's nearly impossible to get in touch with their corporate office.

Horrible attitude from the drive thru employees. When we asked about the sauces to make sure they were out in the bag the lady at the window in the black sweatshirt said they were in the bags. They were not. The lady in the pink Sons of Anarchy hoodie was also very unfriendly as well. When returned inside for sauces not in bag we were told by a guy, also not friendly, they were included. We asked would you expect your children to share one ranch for three chicken finger snacks? Will not return.

We had a large order for the Softball team and it was ready and correct. The store manager, Ethan and the staff were very nice.

Absolutely terrible food! I love jacks and I order at least a few times a month. Typically the food is really good but they completely didn't give me corporate standard!! This guy tried his best to give me good customer service and tried to help me when another coworker messed up my order. However, I left with little to no food in the basket!!

Crispy chicken blt salad and they screw it up. Not that hard.
