McDonald's Restaurants - Warsaw

Had to wait over 15 mins for our food to come out. It was cold. Only 1 other couple ordered between the time we came in our food came out the drive thru was not busy.Didn 't bring out our drinks. Had to wait another 5 mins to get those.Gentleman was quite rude. No apology or anything, just "what 'dja get? "But more concerning was the condition of the store. The customer soda counter was a mess as was the floor beneath it. There was water or pop all over the floor and no attempt to clean it up was made in the appx 45 mins we were there. A wet floor sign was there when we came in and was there when we left. The counters were disgusting.I always think if this is what the front looks like, imagine what the back looks like.Drive the extra 5 minutes to go to either of the other locations in town. Will never go back to this one.

Late night crews suck here, most of the time they just say they're not serving right now. Other times it takes 40 mins to get my order. Very rarely can i get my food immediately. And the drive thru speaker closest to the building has to be broken.

Floor is dirty. Put a Mobile order waited for 1 hr to get it and still missing items in order. There are 3 other people waiting with me all put mobile order long time ago. And it was not busy at that time in store.

Service is slow and waited in the drive thru said hello twice. No response and won't even say just a moment or let ya know they will be with you. Plus the double quarter pounder are salty as h and that's all I could taste so couldn't finish my food off. Just asking for people to do there job instead if not letting us know what's going on.

The girl working at 12:25 was seen spitting in food. Not the tiny girl, but the bigger one. She refused to say her name too because she knew I saw her.
