Papa Johns Pizza - Warsaw

Employee was very rude and snappy with me when I was calling to check the status of my order.

Horrible customer service, long wait times, and subpar food. I would recommend any other pizza place in or around Warsaw before this one.

Rude and they refuse to do anything right. Delivery drivers can't read the addresses. Highly don't recommend.

I informed the person that took my order that they had to be at a location at 10 PM. I said it had to be that time because of lunchtime. And now I’m finding out they will not be here until my lunch is over. They do not care.

I worked here a few weeks ago. The staff is friendly, hard work, very respectful for the customers, and most have been there for years, so they know what they are doing, and they know the area great and get the pizza hot, fresh, and on time. I really enjoy working the management. You know the menu and have all trained very well. Fantastic atmosphere. I'm very happy to work here.
