Texas Roadhouse - Warsaw

This is our closest Texas Roadhouse. We use to travel to the one in Elkhart or Fort Wayne. We are very thankful for the one here in Warsaw.Pros:1. Close to where we are in Syracuse.2. Staff has always been friendly3. Food quality has always been the same. Never had anything wrong.4. Wait times after 8 is usually not very long.Cons:1. The restaurant is so cold. When I mean cold I mean freezing! It was 64 degrees outside and when we walked outside it actually felt warmer because we didn't have AC blowing on us.2. If you try and visit around 6 PM anyway don't expect your food before 8 PM. They do not rebound well after the dinner crowd. Most likely they do not have staff in the kitchen or as servers.3. They tend to have more hostess staff than wait staff and that seems really backwards to me. We arrived last night at 7:20 PM and we left around 8:40. The restaurant was over 3/4 empty. This means staffing issue. It hasn't improved at this location. We still visit and enjoy the place just wish it was better staffed. Not entirely their fault but it is worth noting.4. Bathrooms are not well kept. One of the urinals looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks with build up. It needs a deep clean and then regularly maintained.I don't tend to leave bad reviews just honest ones on how I would improve things.

Always a great atmosphere, energy, food, and service here. You never can go wrong coming here and positive vibe really makes you feel leaving better than when you first came in.Highly recommended if you have a bad day this place will fix you right up.

Everything was fresh, service was good at the bar. We waited 10 min they was not busy. I just got up and went to the bar and was taking care of right away. Great bar tender they knew what service means.

Always had a good meal here. No it's not Ruth Chris but neither are the prices so you get what you pay for. Rolls and butter are the best so just ask for more.

Our blooming onion was not cooked in the center, the uncooked breading was yummy not). Our food was overcooked baked potatoes and salad were ok). Waitress seemed to be in a hurry, didn't wait for a response when she asked if our food was ok.So, i'll give you a 5.5 out of 10.?
