KFC - Warwick

After dining at 3:30 PM, I was asked to wait in the parking lot after paying at the window. We waited 45 minutes for our order, but eventually decided to leave and check at home. The meal was missing several items and the chicken was soggy, cold, and oddly melted. I suggest avoiding this KFC location.

The service at this restaurant was extremely slow. Five customers had to wait to be served and all of them complained about the long wait. The food was below average, we only chose to eat here because the restaurant next door was closed. On a separate occasion, we visited KFC and experienced the same long wait for service.

The staff were friendly, but that was the only positive aspect of my experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they ran out of basic menu items, consistently got my order wrong, and made me wait for an extended period of time after having me park my car. The drive-through line was incredibly slow, and overall, the experience was frustrating. The food was decent, with good chips and burgers, but the management of the restaurant needs improvement. I would recommend looking for alternative dining options until they address these issues. If you're craving KFC, it may be worth making the trip to Toowoomba for faster service.

Very dirty I wouldn't go back to the floor had dirt in the corners and on the running and I parked my car behind and they had a roll door there in the side was really dirty and eating was never in a load so...dirty bins were full

I am a local and I'm not sure what is going on but the service is terrible. If you ask for less wings and more legs you get no legs and lots of wings. Breadroll looked like someone had stood on it (honestly who would...put a breadroll in the container that looked like that). Another time asked for sauce for nuggets and guess what no sauce I could go on and on don't know who the lesee is but he needs to get onto this. It's making his business look very bad.
