We were being a bit loud and having a good time when the waitress came to our table and shouted at us, asking if we were having a good time. It was very rude! So, we decided to leave and not come back. If she wanted us to keep it down, she could have just asked instead of screaming in our faces. There was only one other table with people in the restaurant. We won't be returning.
This was my first time dining at this restaurant and I had a very unpleasant experience. The owner was incredibly rude when we brought to their attention that there was a bug in our food. Furthermore, the bathroom had a noticeable infestation of roaches, which the owner claimed were just "water bugs", despite the fact that water bugs are actually a type of roach. Overall, I would not recommend eating at this place, even if the food was free. It was the worst dining experience I've had in Washington, Missouri. If you're in the area, I suggest trying one of the other restaurants by the river as this one is unsanitary. Additionally, my child got sick from eating undercooked chicken tenders from the kids menu. It's important to consider these issues before supporting this establishment. The owner needs to improve their customer service and address the various problems in the restaurant.
The beer is barely palatable. The owner/bartender out in the backyard is exceptionally rude and unfriendly. Considering you sell beer all day, you should be the happiest person in the world. The male server in the dining area was fantastic. If you plan on eating there, avoid the beer garden outside.
The place is really clean ! Good beer ! Food is good ! Except for this stuff they serve with their Fish and Chips which normal people would call it tarter sauce NOPE not here!!!! It 's awful stuff ! My friend who has never been here wanted to order Fish and Chips and I knew they do not serve normal tarter sauce .. Well I ask our waiter if we could just try this sauce and I was told We are low on the sauce !!!! So it was a no ! I was in shock at 1st .. I always assumed customers paid the wages at restaurants??? But he was some young male.. who seemed, like he enjoyed telling people NO ! This is no up scale fancy place to eat ! It 's a Tap room , it 's a brewery, it 's a bar, it 's a restaurant! With an young man who needs some training and or the cook needs to make more fancy sauce .. Or just get some damn tarter sauce real stuff...
Hands down the worst restaurant that I've been to in a long time. To start with, they did not have a appetizer available. Then ordered a French dip and brought out food with no jus!! Then said they didn't have any. THEN WHY HAVE IT ON MENU!?! Then tried to charge me for a dish that was missing most important part! Stear clear. Also there was a table of 2 ahead of us and 3 other tables. They got thier food last. Zero stars
