Domino's Pizza - Washington

Something needs to be done about this particular establishment. There was an order placed online and I called to request my wings be ran thru twice to prevent them from being undercooked as they normally are. Spoke to a gentleman who advised he was newand recieves complaints all the time for soggy wings. He says he was told the the corporate (i specifically asked are you afranchise or corporate location) put a stop to it. I responded saying so the company would rather have complaints aboutundercooked food rather than atleast extending the timeframe in which the wings will be prepared. He stated the time has notchanged. I took it upon myself to call several other locations and was told they could do it. I believe the managment here madethat decision due to lack of time management as well as poor judgement for customer concerns. This placed should be dealt withaccordingly something has too change. How many complaints will it take? Lets not talk about the manager . I called back toadvise to cancel that order i will go to another location and she was beyond rude and said she will report that no one isfollwing rules. She never once attempted to help or resolve the issue at hand. She doesnt care if customers dont come thereshe still gets a check. Its sad for a company to be represented in such manner.

Coworker and I went half and half on some wings and pizza for delivery. An hour and a half or so later we finally get it. Brought it to the table and the wings were fine. For the pizza, we ordered one half meat lovers and one half pepperoni. Theattached picture is what we got. Edit: Contacted the manager, they're willing to replace the pizza and fix their mistake.Changing from 1 star to 3 star.

Wow. I've worked in food service for a while, and I've never considered hanging up on a customer for a valid complaint. I’m not even interested in escalating it further; it just reflects poorly on the kind of management at Domino's in Washington.

I had Domino's Pizza for the first time in about a year, and now I remember why I stopped. The pizza was disappointing. There was hardly any sauce on both pizzas I ordered, and the meat and vegetables were minimal. I won't be returning. I can easily make a better pizza myself.

The service is consistently excellent and always on time!
