East Coast Wings Grill - Washington

The food was fantastic; we enjoyed wings, sandwiches, fries, and more. However, there were multiple tables piled high with uncollected dirty plates, which was pretty unpleasant. On top of that, the floor was extremely slippery, likely from grease. We mentioned this to a waitress, but nothing was done about it. Overall, we won’t be returning. The food was great, but the service and cleanliness were unacceptable.

I had Korean barbecue wings, a salad with honey mustard dressing and 2 beers. The food was good although I wished I 'd of ordered it hotter. I have eaten here many times and always go to the bar when I amalone. Always had good service. Bartender was not attentive and kept calling me Sug . I realize I am in the South, btw. They had the wrong special prices on the board. I questioned it and he said, that is for Miller Lite, I said, I had Coors lite. After a wait, he said board was wrong and it would be corrected. Maybe if he spent less time on his cell phone, he could fit that in. I was only customer at the bar after one man left.

I really enjoyed the food, and our waitress was very nice and polite. I'm giving it 4 stars mainly because I wasn't a fan of the mixed drink I ordered. Other than that, it was a fantastic place!

The main dishes took a long time to arrive and were lukewarm when they finally did. The kickin' joe skillet cheese wasn't even melted. One of us ordered fries and requested a dry rub on top, but it was completely overlooked. They’ve been getting that wrong for years, and it’s puzzling why it’s so difficult for them to fulfill an order correctly, especially when the restaurant wasn't even crowded. It was frustrating that the manager had to offer drinks while numerous waitresses strolled around, unwilling to clean tables. Several remained dirty throughout our entire visit. Based on this experience, we won't be returning. We've given them more than enough chances, and they've struck out. I guess it looks like we'll be driving to Greenville for Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

Friendly service and good beer selection. Lots of TVs. The wings weren't so great...kinda like the oil wasn't hot enough based on the puddle of oil in the bottom of the basket. With just a little more effort, the place could be good.
