The sauce is definitely made from San Marzano tomatoes and is only lightly seasoned. The cheese was present but lacked flavor. Although it’s labeled as New York pizza, it felt softer and a bit thicker than traditional New York-style pizza. It’s certainly not comparable to Di Fara's pizza! Priced at $18, it's on the higher end of the market. Regardless of its shortcomings, it’s a decent pizza, and I would consider returning.
The owner-manager was very friendly, and the garlic breadsticks were fantastic—fresh and soft!
I visited Sbarro because it's my favorite pizza, both here and in Phoenix, AZ. However, during my lunch at this location, the food looked like it had been sitting out for days. When I asked if there were any other options or if she could prepare something fresh, she told me no. The only choice was the plastic-wrapped pizza that had clearly been there for quite some time. I ended up eating elsewhere. It also didn't seem very hygienic, as the staff member was constantly on her phone while handling the food.
Food is excellent but the service is horrible. I’ve been here 3x in the past 2 months… each time I’ve went they never have supreme pizza and it’s earlier in the day, have always went between 12 3pm … don’t understand why u don’t have or run out of a supreme veggie pizza so early in the day, and if your running low, maybe order or make more? And each time I’ve went they always treat me like a nuisance, like I’m inconveniencing their day.. won’t be retuning, think it’s time for staff cleanup and inventory awareness
I’m so glad we stopped to eat in the outlet mall. I wasn’t expecting the best pizza and chicken tenders! The service was also impeccable.
