Steak 'n Shake - Washington

The burger was good, but the fries were honestly disgusting. They were so soggy and not cooked all the way. There was no seasoning at all on them as well. There was so much humidity in the bag that as soon as I touched it, the bag ripped to shreds, and everything in it was sopping wet. I considered this was due to the food being hot when bagged, but I mean the fries were cold and soggy. So Im not sure. Honestly Id probably not order again from there, unless in person.

Ive been a fan of SnS for over 50 years! Not as good as it was then, but still the best in its genre.

Not a good experience. Went inside to order a to go order. Got a shake, Philly burger, and fries. Got the shake in 2 mins but the food took 20 mins. The whip cream on the shake was a melted mess. I got home and had old fries and a Philly burger with no onions and no green peppers. They forgot them. The bread was barely grilled so was just grease everywhere. Not happy at all. Tried to call the store but, no answer.

Eat good, but from any reason they take so long to come and sit you. I went older with my parents they could see. I was ready to sit her before someone finally came. is even more surprising when they are ready to pay and no one wants to come to check them. sad
