I placed an order through the app at 6:30 p.m. and was told it would be ready by 6:55 p.m. The last two times I ordered through the app, the subs took much longer than the estimated time, sometimes up to 30 minutes more. I spoke to the employees about this, and they apologized, explaining that they had reduced hours and only one sandwich artist was working. I understood and was not overly upset. However, tonight they unexpectedly changed their hours without updating the app. When I arrived at 7:15 to allow extra time for the single employee, the door was locked, and it appeared the employee had gone to the back and refused to open the door or give me the subs I had already paid for. I tried calling them multiple times but received no response. I contacted corporate, who informed me that there was a lack of communication regarding local store hours adjustments. I did not receive a refund or the $2 in rewards I had used as a frequent customer. The employee eventually left through the back door, leaving me feeling like I had been robbed by a major restaurant chain. I plan to return tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. to resolve this issue. The customer service experience was extremely poor.
Tried the steak and cheese sub at this restaurant for the first time and it was fantastic. My daughter loves how the cheese melted perfectly and my granddaughter's favorite is the forest ham sub. Highly recommended!
There was very little lunch meat on the sandwich and it had a vinegar taste, even though I didn't request vinegar.
They always use stale bread and the order is never correct. The ingredients taste like they have been left out for too long.
